Ernest Doe has added another famous name to its list of franchises. Bomag needs little introduction to the construction market place and Graham Parker is pleased that 2013 sees Ernest Doe selling the light compaction equipment that Bomag manufactures. Bomag has an enviable reputation in the market for the quality, performance and reliability of its wide product range. As the market leader in compaction technology Bomag products offer a long and reliable life with low overall running costs.
Their range of light compaction equipment offers a machine for every application. Bomag designs and builds all its own products including single direction and reversible vibrating plates, trench compactors, single drum rollers, twin drum walk behind rollers, tampers and of course tandem rollers.
Bomag has, over the years, cemented its reputation with its extensive range of light tandem rollers. And in 2011 that took a step forward with the introduction of the ‘dash 5’ range, replacing ‘dash 2 models’ that introduced a range of improvements over the models they replaced.
Bomag initially launched five models in the 1.5t to 1.7t class, including the popular BW 0AD-5 and last year the new range was extended when two further models, the BW 135 & 138 AD-5, were launched at the Hillhead exhibition. The ‘BOMAG dash-5’ family offers an array of advanced features giving excellent ergonomics, performance, reliability and economy.
